I like you just the way you areDear Friend,From time to time you hear me used words like "fortunate" or "blessed" and "very lucky" to describe my feelings about what I do for a living. In spite of the challenges that face most modern day doctors and did not face my father's generation before me (they had their own challenges to be sure) I wouldn't want things any other way. I am fortunate in that I can afford them but I am a bit confused as to what I should get. Do they all work together? What would you recommend?" Jarvis Davis Washington D. C. First let me say that I am no dummy in spite of what some folks think. I am well aware that as with airlines, you have a choice in this case in whose supplements you buy. I am also aware that there are tons of people making vitamins. And believe it or not I am not entirely shocked or surprised when someone writes me and tells me that they take my Instant Endurance and fish oil but someone else's multi. Hey it happens. There are certain types of vitamins I can't possibly compete with larger manufacturers for nor do I believe work. As an example I do not sell single ingredient vitamins with the exception of fish oil and am always leery when I hear, " Get healthy with..." or " the breakthrough of the century, vitamin X" unless of course its fish oil or Berry Boost where there is actual data to support those claims. So which and what supplements should you use everyday?
It really boils down to what you want to achieve. As a basic minimum I would recommend the Monster Multi and Fish Oil. When Berry Boost arrives any day now you should add that as well.
