What about taking it if you have had a Flu shot? I can't see any reason it wouldn't work, but again there are no studies. I think the best way is to get on Immune Booster and stay on it year round or at least for the duration of the Flu season. Any problems associated with it? Only if you are allergic to Elderberries!
