Benefits of Omega 3 Fish OilDear Friend,**************************************** Hey Pal; I just want you to know that I think people like you should be sent to a Siberian concentration camp. I find it hard to believe that you are a real doctor. You claim to be Board certified. In what? Quackery?! I think it's an obscenity that you can get up on a website and sell your stuff to the general public when everyone knows that only real drugs work. I have practiced medicine for almost 40 years now and I know of not ONE natural remedy or vitamin that's ever been any good for anything. How much do you have to pay people to write in their testimonials, or do you just make them up. Any REAL doctor would drub you right out of the community you are "practicing" in, or are you just another one of those phony guys like Sears and Weil who haven't touched a patient in years! Tallahassee Florida. ********************************************************************************** Many years ago I was given some very sage advice from one of my mentors who happened to be a Nephrologist (kidney doctor). We used to joke about how smart the kidney doctors had to be because the kidney was such a dumb organ! After I told him I was uncomfortable giving a patient some bad news he looked at me and said, "Woynarowski, This ain't no popularity contest!!!" I find those words ringing true when I get an email from people like Dr. Joseph M. above. By the way he did give his full name but I elected not to publish it to save him the embarrassment of being labeled as a horse's bottom when as has already happened I point out to him the American Caner society and the American Heart Association both cherished icons of Traditional medicine both endorse the benefits of Omega 3 Fish Oil. As a matter of Fact I would like to propose that Ol' Dr Joe (he is actually older, around 68 years old now according to the AMA's records, a society he has belonged to since 1968 according to their records that I researched) is suffering from acute and Chronic Fish Oil Deficiency! Some of the signs of this are, 1) Inability to think logically and open mindedly, 2) Bad mood, low intellect, poor memory, 3) Low sex drive that may manifest itself as irritability, 4) And changes in the appearance of the face that strangely takes on the characteristics of a horse's behind! As to the other statements the good doctor has made I do wish to take exception to a few of them. AS far as the vitamins and natural supplements that he claims are non existent, here are a few:
Digitalis from foxglove. Aspirin from willow bark. Galentamine from Chinese daffodil bulbs. Mevacor from Chinese Red Yeast Rice. Penicillin and cephalosporin antibiotics from molds. Several Anti-Cancer agents from plants like mustard and tumeric. Reserpine from Rauwolfia (that's one you should remember Joe!) Ephedra from Ma Huang and other plants and herbs. Botox from bacteria. Pavulon from South American Rain Forest plants. Niacin, which is a B vitamin for cholesterol. And many many others that were not created in some Drug Company Giant's Lab! Now, I want to point out that in general I do not agree with what many of the people he has mentioned in his email to me say in their newsletters. So I am not defending them on that count. But I do wish to point out that while Andrew Weil may not appear to be the paragon of healthy living, he is in fact a very real M. D. As a matter of fact I believe he graduated to near the top of his class in medical school. Again I do not agree with his views that we should just accept aging, but Dr Joe needs to be clear that this man is a peer of his like it or not. AS far as Dr Sears is concerned, I don't know if he is referring to Barry or Al but... Barry Sears is an honorable man and a fine researcher though not an M. D. Al Sears is a real Doctor who is I believe boarded in Anti-aging medicine and Family medicine. I couldn't resist checking on old Doc Joe's Board certifications. OOOPS!! Never took or never passed his boards, don't know which. In my own defense I will simply say that my Board certifications are Real and a matter of Public record as is the Med school I went to and other affiliations I have. You may know already, Dr Joe is not the only one who is totally against what I am doing with Alternative and Integrative Medicine. I have been reported to my local and State and National Medical credentialing authorities by people who actually trained me in Medicine and practiced side by side with me before I decided to integrate Alternative Medicine into my practice. What happened? Nothing! I have been scorned and shunned by colleagues who used to tell me I was a very bright and promising individual. I have been accused of "losing my mind" by "friends" and staff members that I have worked with. I have been talked about behind my back, rumors started about me and been ridiculed by people I have only ever treated with the utmost respect and continue to do so. I have also helped thousands of people I would not have otherwise been able to help, many of whom who write very REAL testimonials to me from all over the world, as well as in my own practice. I have never been more sure or more satisfied with what I am doing. I have never been at a better place in my life. So Joe and all of the others out there like you. I will continue to do this. As a matter of fact wait 'til you see what I have in store for the folks out there who want to have more control over their own health and want to lick the aging process. Joe, Wait until you see what I teach and tell that you all feel should be just the privileged knowledge of "real" doctors. You see I found something out by doing this. There are a hell of a lot of smart highly motivated people out there who understand EVERYTHING I say very clearly. They are not Dumb. They are not uneducated. They are Engineers, optometrists, lawyers, physicists, accountants real estate agents housewife's grandparents, college kids car dealers and on and on , and they WANT to learn how to stay young, open minded, and cutting edge. Everything you are not Joe! So I am going to keep on doing what I do best. Making the best supplements and educating people how to use them to get more out of life.
