Lasting longerDear Friend,"Lasting longer" Lasting longer has been a personal goal of mine for many years. I need as much endurance as I can possibly muster for one simple reason. I like to live big. A great day for me would be the following. Get up at 6 a.m. and do stretching and deep breathing for 30 minutes, then cook a nutritious breakfast before work. Work a short day complete with writing to you and sharing the latest knowledge I have found. Then go out to the local park and do the work out I detailed in the "a day in the life" email this past week. Swim for an hour or so then cook an awesome dinner. Play the guitar for an hour. Catch a twilight motorcycle ride, then back to work for a few more hours. That is probably close to how I will spend this day. Joy freedom and growth, at least on the weekends but actually everyday if you look closely. But it does take endurance. People need me. My family needs me. My friends need me.
I am often up to the wee hours of the morning. When others are winding down drinking beer or watching a movie, I am writing to you. Right now it's almost midnight and writing to you is the most important thing on my mind. I wouldn't have it any other way. Recently there have been several emails asking questions of duration and speed of onset of my various compounds. They are good questions so I share them with you. Had my 6 month PSA check up and exam and may not have to be examined 6 months from now (but will need the PSA test as usual), so I think the fish oil is helping me keep within the acceptable range. I am an avid recreational cyclist and especially love what I feel when riding after taking IE. I have three questions for you, 1 - How long will a packet of IE last during hard effort, (burning 1,000 calories a hour or more)? 2 - If I am going on a longer ride, (anything past three hours), is there any danger in taking additional IE during such a ride? 3 - Is there any danger in taking more than one packet of IE before or during an extended effort like those described above? Thanks for the great products." Alan M Salt Lake City, Utah First I want to thank both of these gentlemen for taking the time to write in their experiences. What is especially pleasing to me is what I perceive as the differences between each of them. Bill uses my stuff for its health benefits, Alan to improve his athletic prowess. In both cases it is helping them "last longer" one in terms of his body working better, the other in terms of longer harder exercise sessions. But now to the issues of onset. First I would be lying if I told you that everyone responds the same and with the same speed. Personally Instant Endurance and Instant Brain Power are fairly rapid for me. I can usually feel the difference within 30 to 60 minutes. While this is technically not "instant" it does allow for the digestion process. I do some success coaching and of course with my group there is liberal use of all the products there. Einstein and Endurance are the favorites because these meetings can go for 8 hours at a time. When they are over, everyone is as excited and fired up as when they started if not more so! "Time to Einstein up" is the catch phrase the group has coined to remind everyone to pass the supplements out to everyone there. I would say you can expect about 1 to 2 hours of noticeable "buzz" or knowing that you took something. But the actual measurable effects in terms of your ability to keep working and focusing can go as long as 8 hours depending on what you are doing. If you are cycling fighting or running hard, you might want to take a second dose of Endurance after an hour or so. It is virtually impossible to overdose on this compound although some people feel that 1 packet a day is enough. I routinely add a second pack an hour into exercise. If you are in a business meeting and want to remain on top of things and stay creative, and productive one dose of 6 Einstein and one pack of Instant Endurance should do the trick. Regenerizer is a little slower, with its onset being around 2 hours after ingestion but its duration being most of the day. When we tried the combination of Regenerizer and Instant Endurance with the local running club, they coined the name "Human Rocket Fuel". I could not have described the effects better myself. We do not recommend that you take Regenerizer after 6 or 7 pm because it can make it harder for you to fall asleep at your ususal bedtime, something none of the other supplements normally do. When Berry Boost Immune and Cardio are released you will see that the effects are specifically timed. The Immune Booster can be taken with meals but the cardio booster is best taken about 30 minutes after exercise IF you are using it for exercise purposes. For general health purposes both can be taken at meal times. Finally fish oil: Plan on 3 to 4 weeks of taking fish oil before you start to see the real benefits. After all it is a fat and the biochemistry of fat is slower and a little harder to change than with the water soluble shorter acting vitamins which includes just about everything else I make. Again for those of you who don't like to take a whole fist full of pills or are on a tight budget that does not allow for extra vitamins, Monster Multi and fish oil give a great base. For those of you who like me want to live big and don't mind swallowing pills, each and everyone of my compounds can be additive in terms of helping you get more out of life. Personally I have no trouble remembering what to take anymore because if I miss something I know it either later that day when my energy starts to flag, or the next day, when I ache from "overdoing it". It is not at all uncommon for a customer to start out with one bottle of fish oil. Then next 2 or 3. Then Monster Multi and Instant endurance and so on until they are using the whole line. Why? Because they work. But don't be afraid to experiment with the dosing and timing of the products. After all everyone is different and you know you better than any one else. And they work amazingly well. Many folks are as shocked as I was when I started to feel better and do more and watch my life get bigger and stronger and faster.
