Interesting ResultsDear Friend,Doc, I have been taking your Fish Oil and Regenerizer for the past couple of months with some interesting results to say the least! Recently, I bumped up my Fish Oil from 4 capsules to 8; 2 with each meal, and then 2 before I go to bed at night. Since upping the dosage, especially the 2 before bed, I found that I am sleeping like the proverbial log after wrestling on and off with moderate insomnia for the past couple of years(I used to sleep like a baby til I hit my forties, and then I began to have trouble getting back to sleep after awakening to "use the facilities" in the middle of the night). An interesting side effect is that I have gone from 2-3 cups of coffee a day to about half a cup(which I now drink with a fair amount of disinterest!). I am wondering whether I am sleeping better because I stopped drinking the coffee or whether I stopped needing the coffee because I feel so rested from sleeping better! In any case, what is the connection between Fish Oil and sleep/insomnia? It is really working for me. RJ P.S.
