Also these folks point out that 50,000 years ago people were a lot stronger and healthier. Really! Most of the skeletons and corpses they've dug up from that era didn't make it past 40 so I am not sure how they came up with that idea. I suppose because violent and traumatic deaths were more common you might not find a lot of diseases in this group of people because they never lived long enough to wear out. Let's just agree on this, fat ain't' healthy and mo'fat is less healthy for the average person. So can you really drop all this weight and keep it off?
Well, er, yes you can but you've got some scientific research to do first. But we also have a scapegoat. You see all those headlines that say "It's not your fault your overweight!" are 100 % correct but for the wrong reason. Blame it on mom.
