I am a professional karate instructor from Italy.

My 30 years in karate, with brisk moves and accelerations, had put all my joints in a very bad situation. I had pains and aches in my elbows, knees, hips and back.

About ten years ago I tried glucosamine, with none-too-bad results, but it was hard on my organs, and difficult to take. Then, back in 2003 or 2004, I started using Dr.Dave's Fish Oil, following the advice of Matt Furey. Well, it was like a miracle, ALL my pains disappeared in about ten days.

I had to try several dosages, then I settled on 4 capsules a day; 2 at lunch, and 2 at dinner, between the first and second course, to avoid "fish burp".

I have used Fish Oil every day from then, but, honestly, I didn't realize how important it was for me.

Then, a few years ago, Italian Customs became more strict on supplements, and they blocked my usual three months order of Fish Oil. I was in bad trouble, but I still didn't realize it. I was seriously lacking energy and the stress from running my own business was getting me down.
