As of September 1,2010, Dr Dave’s Best can no longer offer any refunds on returned merchandise. Also, due to the changing nature of customs regulations, Dr. Dave's Best cannot be responsible for items that are seized by customs. All of our product ingredients are listed on the web site and we encourage you to be familiar with your own country's regulations. Please contact our customer service at 866-654-7670 if you have any questions before ordering. Absolutely no refunds will be given for materials lost, seized or otherwise not returned by customs or other government authorities. The customer assumes ALL responsibility for all goods seized, damaged, or impounded by government authorities. Items return by said authorities may be refunded minus postage, handling and restocking fees provided they are returned intact to Dr Dave's Best. We offer a First Class Mail International option, however, note that if you choose this option, you forego tracking of your package once it arrives at customs in your country. Further tracking beyond customs arrival is not available. In addition to the above mentioned caveats, if the package gets lost or stolen after it leaves, we will be unable to provide refunds.
