Most orders ship within 2 business days. Once your order is shipped, a delivery confirmation will be sent to you with a carrier tracking number. Please feel free to access our order tracking page to track your shipment. Mail or Fax orders are shipped once payment is received. To ensure prompt delivery all orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail (unless otherwise specified).
Due to the popularity of some items, backorders may occasionally occur. In this situation, we will notify you and ship all in stock items in your order. Backordered items will ship to you as soon as they become available and you will be given preferential treatment based on when we received your order!

All of our product ingredients are listed on the web site and we encourage you to be familiar with your own country's regulations. Absolutely no refunds will be given for materials lost seized or otherwise not returned by customs or other government authorities. The customer assumes ALL responsibility for all goods seized, damaged, or impounded by government authorities. Items return by said authorities may be refunded minus postage handling and restocking fees provided they are returned intact to Dr Dave's Best.
