I can remember the day I looked in the mirror and said to myself, “This has got to stop!”

1) Fat cells can swell to 6 times to their normal capacity to handle more fat. 90% of the excess calories you eat are stored as fat.
2) Fat cells can shrink but they do not disappear. EVER! So shrinkage is for once the name of the game.
3) Fat cells are metabolically active and can store vitamins, toxins and alter the hormone balance in the opposite of the direction you want. This is why fat men often look feminine and fat women grow moustaches!

7) You need fat in your diet and up to 30% of your daily calories can come from fat.
8) Fats to not make you fat; refined carbs do.
9) Fish oil has been shown repeatedly in studies to reverse the bad effects of being fat to at least a good degree and to actually help people lose body fat.
