Ok, it’s time for a little Halloween special
1) Diets don’t work without exercise no matter what the recent Time Magazine articles say. Dieting alone will not move enough weight to keep you happy and trying unless you burn some more calories on top of the diet by working out. Remember, if you are way out of shape you are actually lucky because you have to do a lot less then someone who is conditioned to heat up your metabolism
2) Cleansing works IF it speeds up your metabolism.
Let me give you an example: I am about to release a Colon Cleanse product that will speed up your kidneys and your colon to move more solid and liquid waste through you. This will not only get rid of some extra, uh, “waste products” but it requires the gut and the kidneys to work harder and this adds up to more calories.
