Just about every day I get questions or comments about when, what and where to eat.

Well calories can't tell time and don't wear a watch!
That said, there is a very good reason not to eat late at night. Your body wants to sleep then. Eating will change the hormone and body clock rhythms of your body in a way that is not natural and not particularly healthy.
