Even though spring is just around the corner, weather has turned a bit nippy my way and I got to thinking about how many people slow down when it gets cold.
Physically, this is not the healthiest thing, but it can be even worse if your brain decides to take a hike. Work performance, gym performance, and family performance can all suffer with big consequences.
