A lot of attention is being paid to 3 specific diets for weight and fat loss. Which one works the best?
Well the two big factors on deciding for yourself depend on 1) how you feel on said diet and 2) how much weight you lose.
Let’s face it, if you feel bad, you are on the wrong diet. Uncontrolled hunger, low energy and “food allergies” are 3 sure signs that the diet you picked doesn’t like you. High protein low carb diets, like the modified Atkins, seemed to rack up the most points for weight loss but at one year the weight was coming back on with all of them.
