It’s really hard to do more than survive when you feel like crap. As a doctor, the two most common complaints I get in the “feeling crappy” department are fatigue and poor sleeping habits.
I could tell you about all the bad things associated with sleep deprivation as it relates to fatigue and independently as well but I have only a few things for you today.
Metabolic syndrome is a complex endpoint for a series of medical problems. While medical experts continue to debate what it is and what it means, we all know one thing… Lots of people have it.
A trip to any airport in the country will prove that to you.
Big bellies, big butts and premature aging are the most obvious things you see.
