Continuing evidence continues to mount on the health benefits of Fish oil.
I have gone on in the past about the numerous scientific studies that have shown how fish oil benefits stress, depression, arthritis, immunity, and many disease states.
A lot of people ask me, “Dr. Dave, how can your Fish oil be so good for so many things? It sounds too good to be true! How can I trust the testimonials as unbiased?” etc., etc.

The simple translation is you really can't realistically eat enough of some of these things, in this case fish, to get all the benefits. And of course even if you could, you'd wind up with pollution and toxicity issues.
